The process was made easy by Synchro Solar and love checking how much power our roof is creating daily! I spent some time reviewing price quotes from 5 different vendors and Synchro had them all beat plus great customer service that made the process easy from start to finish. I would recommend getting a quote from them to anyone as part of your system purchase process.

From the proposal process by Stephan, contracting, instalation and completion, I was very pleased with Synchro Solar’s service. The install team went beyond the “call of duty” in their work by removing a small obstacle in my garage. They were thorough and efficient The small “hitch” in the process was that S S was that a defective inverter (no fault of Synchro Solar) was installed. They quickly resolved the problem and installed a working inverter, and very quickly.   Thanks for a great job.

Syncho Solar was responsive, communicative, and installed our solar panels quickly in the narrow time window we gave them. Their sales guy was forthright and took the time to answer my questions. The crew were pleasant, thoughtful and excellent to work with. And the office was communicative and on top of it. When I had a question about tax implications almost a full year after installation, they promptly answered my questions. Synchro Solar is a class act through and through.

We had no problem with either the assessment or the installation. We spoke with several other vendors, but everyone else sent out a salesperson with little or incorrect technical knowledge. SynchroSolar sent out Jon Kim who was knowledgeable, accurate, and very helpful. I have already recommended them to friends and relatives.

The entire job was done professionally, and timely. No pressure, clear expectations, and complete follow-through.
